First Weekend of Every Month
Take a weekend to reconnect to your body, your energy and your practice by spending a weekend full of nourishing practices. All levels are welcome.
Retreat from Home takes place Friday night, all day Saturday and all day Sunday.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Download the Zoom App to access classes.
A yoga mat or towel.
A quiet space.
Optional, headphones for hypnosis and meditation sessions.
SAMPLE DAY
7:30 am Guided, 10 minute meditation, coffee/tea before morning class.
8:00 am One hour yoga and meditation with Patricia, meeting via Zoom
9:00 am Break for breakfast.
10:00 am Optional activity TBA
11:30 Retreat Optional activity TBA
12:30 Lunch break
2:00 pm Journaling time. We will give you topics to write about.
3:00 pm Shamanic Energy Session with Patricia. Meeting via Zoom
4:00 pm retreat activity TBA
5:00 pm Light dinner, drink water.
6:30 pm Yoga class and Yoga Nidra
Before bed, Hypnosis recording. Link will be provided for a download.
